Policy and Procedures
Missed Classes and Refund
The student understands and agrees that prepayment for a course is to hold a seat for them in the course they have selected due to minimum / maximum class sizes. Once you have begun or started any Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc course, NO REFUND will be given. If you decide within 45 days of payment and, prior to scheduled class start date, that you do not wish to take the course, a refund will be given to you. After 45 days of payment you may use the paid amount as a credit only for future services. There will be no refund for future services using such prior credit. Cancellation and / or rescheduling fees may apply.
After a student has begun any Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc course and is unable to attend or complete a class session, due to accident, illness or other legitimate emergency, the student shall be able to re-schedule or attend another class. Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc, shall have final say regarding which date(s) said makeup class(s) shall be scheduled. Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc will try to accommodate all of our customers need. Examination and/or Live Fire Qualification
A student who completes any course of instruction, but fails to attain the minimum examination score(s) or Live Fire Qualification minimum score(s) WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND OR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OR QUALIFICATION in any case. It is understood and agreed that in the event the student fails to attain the minimum Examination (if any) score(s) and/or Live Fire Qualification score(s) Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc, at it's sole discretion, unless otherwise mandated by the certifying agency(s) or organization(s), if any, MAY allow additional attempt(s) to attain the minimum passing score(s) on said examination(s) and/or Live Fire Qualification(s). It is further expressly agreed and understood that re-examination(s) and/or Live Fire re-qualification attempt(s) will require additional time and/or expense and/or resource use by Concealed Carry Safety for Personal Defense Inc.
As these additional expenditure(s) of time, expense, and resources differ based on what examination(s) and/or Live Fire Qualification attempt(s) become necessary, there will be additional administrative costs, expenses and/or fees that are NOT included in any class fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the student and will be determined on an individual, case by case, basis. This will allow the student to choose either the most time expedient (and therefore more costly) or the most cost effective (by blending into a future class, space permitting and if available) path for re-examination(s) and/or Live Fire re-qualification attempt(s)
Waiver, Release and Agreement
ALL CONCEALED CARRY SAFETY FOR PERSONAL DEFENSE INC STUDENTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN ANY AND ALL TRAINING COURSES / CLASSES.
